Giving
We are dreaming big on behalf of children. Can we count on your support?
There are many ways you can contribute to our journey.
Volunteering and In-Kind Donations
We welcome your service! While there is no requirement for parents to volunteer, we strive to nurture a school culture of community engagement. Please contact the Director for a list of current opportunities.
Examples of in-kind donations include photography services for the school website, classroom supplies, school auction items, etc.
Matching Gifts
Many companies and businesses will match charitable gifts made by their employees. Take a moment to inquire if your employer offers a Matching Gift Program that can multiply your individual contribution.
Legacy Giving
Legacy giving, sometimes called “planned giving,” refers to the creation of a future gift to a favorite cause or organization. Anyone at any point in life can create a legacy gift. It can be as simple as naming TCS as the beneficiary on a savings, checking or pension account, or through a more complex vehicle like a charitable trust. Endowment funds and bequests are also examples of common legacy gifts. Legacy gifts are a deeply meaningful way for individuals to invest in and support the future of TCS and Reggio-inspired education in our community. Please contact our Board Treasurer for more information on legacy giving.

Peace Book Project (more below)
Peace Books is a community-sponsored celebration of literacy and multiculturalism. Our library of "peace books" opens children’s eyes to the amazing diversity in our world and their own place in it. During a child's birthday month, he or she selects a book to bring home and read first with family before donating to the classroom to be enjoyed by all friends.
Once a year we invite families to donate to our Peace Book Fund in their children’s names. Parents, grandparents, honorary aunts and uncles, anyone can participate by completing this simple form. Donations are entirely optional and every child participates, whether or not families contribute.
